Application Procedure

1. Submit your application to the program coordinator of your home university (an official partner university of Southeast University).

2. Complete the online application athttps://fs.seu.edu.cn/member/login.do. Navigate to the Exchange Program section first, then select the corresponding program type based on your academic status:

- General Advanced Program: For undergraduate students

- Senior Advanced Program: For master’s or PhD students

- Chinese Language Program: For applicants pursuing Chinese language studies

Required Application Documents:

1. Official Academic Transcripts

2. Valid Passport (scanned copy)

3. Recommendation Letter issued by your university’s International Office

4. For students applying for a one-academic-year exchange program, a Physical Examination Record (for Foreigners) issued within 6 months is required. The official form is available for download at https://cis.seu.edu.cn/hwenglish/2015/1215/c13932a137798/page.htm .
